Seal the leak above the driver,I had water streaming in going down my left side of my shoulder, I had to change my shirt and shorts due to being soaked from the leak.
Anthony BThere were no signs I didn’t even know where I was going. It’s a auto place. It’s way off of country Road. There’s potholes mud everywhere. Thick water puddles nowhere to park the Uhaul absolutely terrible.
JENNIFER MI wanted a 26ft truck, they were unable to get me a 26ft truck had to settle for a 20ft truck. I was unhappy with this problem.had to have the truck they had . Had people from out of state here to help me move.
Richard AThe day before the rental, I was notified that the pickup location did not have a truck, so I was told to drive 20 minutes in the wrong direction to pick up the truck at a different location. The truck had muddy footprints throughout the driver's side floor and back of the truck. the back of the truck contained debris that I had to blow out before loading. I took pictures. I took pictures of the gas gauge. I returned the truck with the same or more gas and I returned the truck cleaner than it was. I was charged $43.55 for clean-up fees and gas fees. Fortunately, I had pictures and was able to successfully dispute the charges and received a credit. If anything, I should have demanded a discount for the muddy filthy rental. Need to move the kids bike and tire rims out of the way of the key area.
