The issue wasn't with Foundation Self Storage but was with the vehicles themselves. The first 20ft U haul worked but then the REVERSE failed on the gearbox. We had to call road side assistance and wait on them. They were unable to resolve the issue but we were able to drive in FORWARD back to Foundation for an exchange with another 20ft U haul. This next vehicle was noisy, felt under-powered, and had a check engine light for gas-cap. We were happy with the condition of the vehicles that we received.

I made a reservation for 1:30 p.m. At 12:34 p.m. on the day of my reservation I was called by the location and they confirmed my reservation and said I could pick it up even earlier at 1:00 if I would like to. I arrived at the location at 1:30 to pick up the vehicle and the door was locked and a phone number was posted on the door to call. I called that phone number and left several messages. No one ever answered my calls. I called five or six different times between 1:30 and 1:55 when an employee walked up and asked if he could help me. The employee said that he was sorry and that he must not have had service on his phone. I called that phone number in his presence once again to confirm that was the right phone number and it worked. He did receive my call. I understand that maybe 1:00 to 2:00 is this person's lunch break. Had the person who called me at 12:34 told me that I needed to be there at 1:00 or I would need to wait until 2:00 I would have come at 1:00. That was never stated to me in the voicemail left at 12:34.
