Not only were the staff at this site not helpful, after I had completed the online return process, they made me take another picture of the odometer and text it to some unknown persons phone number. And for the appliance dolly, 12 packing (all neatly folded) blankets, and furniture dolly , the person there did not bother to assist moving this all back into their store, unlike the Stephenville staff who were extremely helpful. I would not want to be redirected back to this return location in granbury for my next uhaul rental.
