I was directed to the this store by a representative over the phone. Was charged for more money with no explanation. Disputed the charge upon leaving the trailer. Was told a representative would reach out and got no callback. Never using Uhaul again

We checked in after closing. We have dropped off at this location twice. If you drop off in the day, I assume there is not an issue of being able to see the property. However, if a person is dropping off after dark it is very hard to see the business. It is on a curve and hard to maneuver at night.
