Those 6x12 trailers dont back up like normal other trailers. Im used to stock trailers.

WILLIAM WI rented a 10 foot truck seven days in advance. The day before I was told my truck would not be available at the location I wanted and that I would have to drive 3 1/2 miles the wrong direction, in a very crowded area of our town to pick up a truck that was 15 foot instead of a 10 foot that I originally rented. Then I was told that my truck I rented that I wanted 8 AM would be available at 10:15 AM at the same original location. When I showed up at 10:15 AM at the original location, my truck was not available because the truck had not been returned yet.Luckily for me someone showed up with a 20 foot truck and turned it in. I was being told that still I needed to drive to Cresson, which is 12 miles out of my way and then back another 12 miles just to do my unloading for a 15 foot truck. And then ask why I couldn’t rent the 20 foot truck that was just turned in, I had to talk them into it and ended up with the 20 foot truck being my loading vehicle from the original location.What’s the point of making a reservation in advance?
