Roman HThe vehicle was old, and its condition clearly reflected its age. Fuel consumption was excessively high given the very limited distance I personally drove. For comparison, I previously traveled from Valleyfield to Mont-Laurier using a 20-foot U-Haul truck, which cost only $5 more in fuel, despite higher gas prices at that time. The fuel level was documented; however, the vehicle was left running for several minutes prior to my arrival. As a result, the fuel level no longer matched what was recorded on the paperwork. I was required to boost the vehicle on two separate occasions because it failed to start. While the vehicle was clean, the check engine light was on, and the engine was running at an abnormally high RPM, even while idling. Ultimately, this resulted in higher fuel costs than expected.
Yan LTHE APP IS SLOW AND LAGGING. PLUS, I didn't have an adress for dropp-off and needed to call. Ended up by me going further than planned..
