Talk about way way above customer service, a nice young lady came out to help me , I was struggling with the U-Haul app, she “ don’t worry about it I’ll be glad to take care of it for you” I was really tired and she was so very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered her name she needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer care. . I need to make one more trip and I’ll drop off at parities auto again.
