The company was closed and late opening up had to wait 20 minutes they said they did not receive any info on me coming in to rent a trailer

Ron GI was bill for a three day rental of a truck when I only rented it for one day. The lady told me call and leave a message when I return the truck and she would take care of the rest since I did a counter check-in. I called never heard back and now am getting charged for extra time
