Truck was not at pick up location. Was 9 hpurs late. After 3 wasted trips to get truck and wasted fuel. Had to rescedule moving crew 3 times. Had to rescedule ferry tickets twice due to late tuck. Was a terrible experince and will never use this company agian and will never reccomend this company. Only help was the employee at the pick up location who went above and beyond to help me. Anyone from uhaul i talked to had no sympathy about what i had to go through to get a moving truck. Even asked one peraon about a dicount bc of my bad experince and all they dis was ignore my queston. Uhaul gets a 0 of of 10 rating. For improving for the next customer uhaul itself needs to make sure truck is avilable that they promise to people
