Your website for making online reservations is horrible! Please make it more user friendly. I reserved a trailer and needed to repeat my reservation 2x because of your system failing to recognize my reservation. Also, I had to say "No thanks" to quite a few unsolicted offers for equipment and human assistance with moving! What an unnecessary pain! Also, when I arrived to pick up my "reserved" trailer, There was no reservation in the system! And, I received unrequested and unwanted text messages telling me I needed to besure to confirm my reservation because inventory ws low. Also, at theendof my making my reservation, I was told my location choice was "preferred" (NOT guaranteed) I don't want to be subject to "offers" for articles or services when all I am doing is trying to rent a trailer...AND I wish your webpage was easier to navigate and was not so centered on "selling" and that it was more oriented toward servicing the client or customer.

James TI was very disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent U-Haul rental. When I returned the truck, I was told the fuel level was not where it needed to be, so I immediately went back to fill it and returned again. Despite making the effort to correct the issue, I was still treated disrespectfully. I was also accused of returning the truck in a dirty condition, even though it was already dirty when I picked it up. There were cups and trash shoved inside the loading ramp, making it difficult to pull out from the start. I have spent a significant amount of money renting U-Hauls over the past several months, and this experience fell far below the level of customer service I expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated with more professionalism and resect
AMANDA CEverything went smooth. the only thing I could see that might need improvement would be where Ford places the gas & brake peddles! I got wide feet but it felt like I had to aim for where the clutch would be for the brake or I would hit the gas peddle while I was stepping on the brake. Not an easy feeling coming up to a stop sign & the Truck still wants to go. They should be spaced apart a little more or the brake peddle shouldn't go down far enough to where the throttle can be pushed on & accelerate the same time the brake is being applied. Yes I do only use one foot to operate the brake or the gas peddle. My left foot does nothing unless there is a clutch (except the Parking Brake). Other than that I was very happy with the service & the Trucks performance.
