Fast and friendly service! Thanks!!
Karen SEmployee was not very friendly, said was not told about my reservation there. Then on top of that, my contract guarantee price was initially increased from 247 to 385 dollars. If I wouldn’t have brought my printed guarantee, I would have been screwed. VERY CONCERNING as I watched the price change in my phone while there. Also spent close to an hour there waiting for the discrepancy to be resolved. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE
Bob WI think u haul should go out with the customer and go over the truck , simple things like lights ,wipers ,r,adio ,seat adjustment. ....I actually never got the radio to work., and the rearview mirrors are not motorized ,which i didnt realize, finally the next day i realized they just are hard to adjust manually..also I had to drive way out of my location to pick up the truck,The interior of the truck was passable, but could have been cleaner. The interior cab was clean as well as the exterior.
Jeanne RWhen we first picked up the trailer, the lights did not work. The agent beat on the lights and they started working so they sent us on our way. We hadn't gone a mile when we realized they weren't working again. We took it back and upon further inspection we realized there was oil leaking from a wheel hub and the lights weren't working at all! The tires were in terrible condition. One of them was nearly bald on one side. They gave us a different trailer which was in better shape. We didn't realize until after we had left the pick up location that it had no license plate. By this time the location was closed. We had to leave on our trip with no license for the trailer. We contacted Uhaul customer service and after several calls and lots of time on the phone they finally emailed us a temporary plate. We were unable to open the file however because it was encrypted in an Access anywhere file. We ended up writing the license number on a piece of paper and taping it to the trailer for the duration of the trip. Fortunately we did not encounter any issues by doing this. The trailer worked fine.
