Both Pam and Denise were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! The van was amazingly large in capacity, comfortable, new , drove easily, had all the technology bells and whistles. Saved myself thousands of dollars from the movers cost, would totally do again!

There were dirty wipes left in the vehicle...and some dirt in the back bed as if it wasn't cleaned out. As we did the walk around she admitted to not cleaning the truck. During COVID this is not ok. As I got in I took pictures of dirty wipes as she yelled at me saying to let her move them. Its too late for that if im already in the truck. The back middle break late and framing was missing, she advised that someone stole it and wouldn't allow me to write that on the contract...I had to take pictures on my phone as proof so that I wouldn't be charged for it. Her over all demeanor was that she was doing me a favor since u haul was there secondary company.

Denise, who works at this location, was extremely rude and is not the type of employee who should be interfacing with customers. She also refused to wear a mask when I was in the office - saying I needed to, but she did not. Lastly, the truck shook severely when braking and probably needs alignment or new brake rotors. Felt very unsafe. The inside windshield had not been cleaned in a very long time (if ever). The mobile app experience did not work as it should have and I was unable to obtain the key without having to go in the office and speak to angry Denise.

The online return steps need to be edited. Step 1 is to drop the key in the key box. Step 2 is to take a photo of the gas gauge and mileage. How can I verify these items when I have already returned the key?

Okay look everything went good but the app? The APP, sis?? Tells me to drop the keys off into the dropbox and then proceeds to tell me to turn the van on to check the fuel. Turn the van on. On. The van. On. The van. Which I need the keys for. The keys. The keys which are behind a locked door. Just out of reach. Felt like some kind of zombie trying to stick my hand in there and flail around to retrieve them only to ultimately fail miserably all around. Ultimately it didn't matter but a buncha clowns wrote those instructions.

We only used Arthur's for Uhaul service, not storage. The lady on the phone was very sweet the day prior in giving us directions to the place. I would advise against using self check-in with Uhaul. I arrived 15 minutes early at her advice so they would not give my truck away. We did not get through approval with online check-in until after our appointed time. We tried to go inside for help at our appointed time, exactly when they opened, but the opening employee left and put up a sign up that they would return in 25 minutes. Then the Uhaul's steering wheel was locked and would not turn on. I tried to call the local number the woman called from. Turns out it's Arthur's corporate and she could only leave a message for them to call back. They never did. Never. I finally got it started, but fought all day every time I had to turn it off to restart it. I spent more time researching the problem then moving. I ended up needing to use my small, personal vehicles to move most of my belongings and rush to move most of my big furniture. My husband called to explain this to them and they just told us to wiggle the key. We told them we did that and many other things and they told us that was the only thing they could think of. There is also no key drop at this location so I was forced to leave it in the truck.

Horrible experience- no cell signal to complete the rental and return in mobile device. Truck tires in very poor condition slipping on the wet road, cabin dirty and smelly. No instructions were to return the keys. Waisted 20min on hold for customer support.

I needed a truck last minute for a move, the staff at Arthur's Storage was extremely accommodating and very friendly/helpful in reviewing all of the information. Would definitely use them again!

I had a reservation in Bridgewater that said it was guaranteed then I had to downsize my vehicle and go to Green Brook to get it now I have to pay the extra miles to drive there 13 miles I don't think that's fair


Be careful with fuel gauge appearing to be on F when it is parked and then dropping from just pulling off the lot. Cost me $10 extra
