This was my first experience with U-Haul, and it turned out Quite well. No problems at pickup or during the trip. We burned a full tank of gas but even that was better than expected. 20 gal. for a 250 mile trip.

KIMBERLY WIt's nothing that needs to improve. The Van that I rented was new and clean. The young lady who assisted me was respectful and easy to speak with and the building was clean.
Wakenda SOverall experience with the truck was fine. Your app needs a lot of improvement. It took a good 30 minutes to get through what you had to do. Needing two people to confirm that I was running a truck is unnecessary. And trying to take the images required to get through. The app was difficult due to it, not processing the images and had to keep backing out and going back into it. I would say overall that would rate a one out of 10.
