I originally scheduled for a different drop off location and have the confirmation email from U-Haul to prove it. However, at drop off time, I was told to go to a different location about 3 miles further. That location was closed and it was just a overgrown lot across the street from a shady gas station. When I went thru the drop off steps on the app, I was told I'd have to pay $42 for gas since it was below the FULL marker even though the p/u guy said it would be ok. I've used U-Haul numerous times and I have to say this experience is the worst I've had. Might need to rethink my options next time.

The drop off and pick up experience was uncomfortable, you want us to use the app with no attendant making sure everything is right. They handed us the keys and walked away. Basically you want us, the customer to do the your job.
