This was not my planned location. It was a back up when my planned location didn’t have the trailer I had reserved. When I got there to pick up the trailer the computer system was down. For a few minutes it was not apparent if I was going to be able to get the trailer.

DONALD WU Haul should add the customer service hours of each pick up and drop off location to the contract document. Some arrangements have the hours provided, others do not. The Greenback Self Storage management are patient, courteous, and flexible with drop off needs, both during open and close hours.
John DEven the women who came on the screen was very rude and hung up before we could ask questions. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS!!!
