Originally, reserved at another location, (DKT Detailing) but they went on a cruise. And closed up location. Left us and a few others, with out a truck. ( WTF) . Without any notice !!!!. But luckily able to get at the greenback location. Which was excellent.

Truck has check engine light come on 5 minutes into the drive. The sluggish engine added miles to my journey which ultimately put me over my allowance and forced me to pay an additional $30. Returning the truck after hours was confusing cause everything was locked up.
Kent KEverything was great, the only feedback would be on the tires for the truck. They were a little bald and would need replacing. But the overall experience was great.
Carol MU-haul was parked in very deep snow, had to make my way to the door and clean it all off just to find the battery dead. With snow accumulation seems like it hasn't been touched for a while and with the freezing temperatures they should have a routine of ensuring batteries are charged. My wife and child had to wait in the car while I dealt with all of this. End result I needed to switch and clean a different vehicle. Then I found out they never checked the vehicle back in on the day I brought it back, this was corrected in the end (2 days later) but what if something happened in the meantime, maybe I would have been left on the hook. Not very impressed.
