The location and truck were great, but the app wasn’t cooperating when we were trying to pick up the truck. The photos weren’t uploading. We had to call a representative and the process added almost an hour to our limited time frame. Thankfully when we returned the truck the app/photo uploads worked fine. Plus the two ladies that helped me on the phone were lovely.

The gas was at 1/4 tank. Would be much better if you would have the vehicles at a full tank and the customer tops it up to full when done like all rental car companies. Instead had to try and guess how much gas to put in to top it back up to a 1/4 tank.
Caitlin Gperfect trailer for the job, staff was excellent. Check in process was lengthy, but maybe because was towing with a new vehicle. ON my receipt, the info was incorrect on the vehicle. On the rental document it states the cargo max being 760 #. My vehicle, 2022 honda ridgeline, is rated for 5000 # total towing and 600 # tongue weight. Your paperwork should show the trailer weight so I know maximum cargo capacity. If this can be updated to reflect the correct weights, that would be better. I will definitely rent from you again.
