Charles was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! We were slated to pickup at 7:30am, but because of a last-minute staff shortage, he called ahead to let us know he would come in to help us pickup.

Closed business upon arrival
Robert SNot customer oriented (Unlike other locations.) Other locations, U Haul staff member does attach and removing the equipment on site and check all equipment functionalities properly without request. It is really helpful to the customer; because U Haul Staff members have better knowledge than customers about U Haul equipment.
