In March, I reserved a 15’ foot truck for a one way from Bloomington IN to Austin TX. The day before my pick up date of May 31 - I was notified by text that there were no trucks available in Bloomington and that I was being assigned a 20’ truck that I had to pick up in greenwood IN. Not sure what the purpose of a reservation is if UHaul does not honor them.
DONALD KUnfortunately, the appliance dolly I reserved was not available when I came to pick up the truck and dolly. Very disappointing to reserve it weeks in advance and not get what I needed.
