Still waiting for manager to get ahold of me I was inadvertently charged fir an extra day rental after I returned my truck on time and date it was supposed to be returned with full tank of gas a d didn't go over my allotted mileage. I have all my receipts can't be disputed no sense in me being charged 44.40 two days after I returned on time. Plus the return place is dank has a dig in it. The gentleman working counter just looked at my truck key number threw it on desk said thanks didn't go out inspect the truck I rented said have a good day your final receipt will be emailed to you which I received 3 hours later on the day I had my rental returned on time in accordance of my rental contract. I need the 44.40 refunded that I was wrongly charged for I just moved need money for necessities

The place is disorganized run down and only one person was working. Although he was nice and efficient. Returning the trailer to the "exact location" as when picked up was a royal pain since other vehicles were in the way.
