No, he's scheming. He said he wanted his gas tank filled when you get back here. But his gas tank wasn't full in the first place, and I only went 10 miles and came back, and I put $18 worth of gas in his tank. How is that possible?
Deepak DI went to this location twice to drop off and both times nobody was there and nobody was picking up the phone. I left my water bottle in the uhaul after dropping off and after finally getting ahold of someone it was very clear he didn’t want to speak with me, he told me he would call me back about it in a couple minutes but now it’s been a whole day and I still haven’t gotten a call back. This location has proved to be a very frustrating experience and I would never rent from here again.
Zach BWas called three days before saying they wouldn’t have the 15’ truck so would upgrade to 20’. Got to the location Saturday at 8:30 and nobody showed up until almost 9 and informed me they didn’t have a 15’ or 20’ truck at this location and wanted me to drive 30 minutes north to get one. Finally after going back and forth they gave me a 26’ truck which was ok besides the fact of it being to big to park any where close to the apartment we were moving from
john pI expected a customer service desk or at least a phone that would be answered. Once I figured out the app to get my vehicle I was fine but it took a few minutes and I initially was uncomfortable. Other rental locations don’t charge for gas when you are paying 99 cents per mile so I was not happy about that.
