This location was pretty bad. Very gross. Truck was filthy. They made me take the pictures of a different truck than the one they gave me, which seemed very suspicious. Not a very friendly atmosphere and not what I am used to when dealing with U-Haul. I’ve used U-Haul several times and been a part of family members using them and this is my first location I would strongly discourage others from using.

Was supposed to be a virtual pick up & it was not; therefore, we sat in the cold parking lot waiting for the store to open all the while an employee was inside & would not open. Once he did, he was not pleasant & annoyed that we were there. Awful experience.

Rajwant KDisgusting building (a dog was jumping on me the entire time I was signing my contact and getting keys). Uhaul had no windshield wiper fluid (I have pic) and it had just snowed so the windshield was filthy and it was hard to see. I had the uhaul for one hour and returned the key to the guy as soon as I was back. The next day I was charged $100 lost key fee. Horrible experience
