Was called three days before saying they wouldn’t have the 15’ truck so would upgrade to 20’. Got to the location Saturday at 8:30 and nobody showed up until almost 9 and informed me they didn’t have a 15’ or 20’ truck at this location and wanted me to drive 30 minutes north to get one. Finally after going back and forth they gave me a 26’ truck which was ok besides the fact of it being to big to park any where close to the apartment we were moving from

I expected a customer service desk or at least a phone that would be answered. Once I figured out the app to get my vehicle I was fine but it took a few minutes and I initially was uncomfortable. Other rental locations don’t charge for gas when you are paying 99 cents per mile so I was not happy about that.
