When returning the truck most of the parking lot was blocked by cars. Only one spot to park the truck.

Naga Sankar Anan K.Improve your website and optimize it for mobile users. People are often going to book a Uhaul while out and about. It is always a frustrating experience trying to navigate the multitude screens and options. Mobile check-in has also proved so unreliable that I refuse to use it after horrific experiences in the past.
Zachary W.Drop off location was filthy dirty. Reaked of cigarette smoke. A dog met us at the front door. The parking was full of holes. The man at the counter barely had 3 words to say to us. I regret choosing this drop off site. Would never recommend.
