Got the run around on pickup time and location was changed. I Was told I could get it after the scheduled time. The facility was closed. Had to call customer service and explain what I was told for after hours pickup several times. Check engine light was on and not good on gas. Reached out to customer service considering I rented 2 trucks from U-haul within 2 weeks. All I got was a email from the regional manager saying he didn’t see any discrepancies in the notes. I sent a follow up email and haven’t heard anything back. Some type of discount would be greatly appreciated. You would think spending close to $400 would be more appreciated by U-haul. The first rental experience was good, the second was very stressful in an already delicate situation.

Trailer left side light not working
Jatinder GAbsolutely awful experience from start to finish. The person running this location was rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. Instead of taking responsibility, he spent his time complaining about how terrible the U‑Haul software and credit card reader are. I was sent here from the Greenwood South location because they couldn’t honor my reservation. Another location I would strongly advise avoiding. To make things even worse, the employee showed up about 10 minutes late, blamed his manager for not being there, and then revealed that none of the trucks were even positioned for customers to leave. It took another 10 minutes just to move vehicles around. This location is completely disorganized, poorly managed, and shows zero respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this locations under any circumstances.
Michael UInside of the shop smelled so strongly of cigarettes, I could taste it in my mouth. The guy behind the counter was not friendly. The truck was not in great condition- it was dirty (had dirt on the floor and trash shoved under the seats), part of the dashboard was broken, and it was hard to accelerate and brake.
ALEXIS JStill waiting for manager to get ahold of me I was inadvertently charged fir an extra day rental after I returned my truck on time and date it was supposed to be returned with full tank of gas a d didn't go over my allotted mileage. I have all my receipts can't be disputed no sense in me being charged 44.40 two days after I returned on time. Plus the return place is dank has a dig in it. The gentleman working counter just looked at my truck key number threw it on desk said thanks didn't go out inspect the truck I rented said have a good day your final receipt will be emailed to you which I received 3 hours later on the day I had my rental returned on time in accordance of my rental contract. I need the 44.40 refunded that I was wrongly charged for I just moved need money for necessities
