Amanda JGot the run around on pickup time and location was changed. I Was told I could get it after the scheduled time. The facility was closed. Had to call customer service and explain what I was told for after hours pickup several times. Check engine light was on and not good on gas. Reached out to customer service considering I rented 2 trucks from U-haul within 2 weeks. All I got was a email from the regional manager saying he didn’t see any discrepancies in the notes. I sent a follow up email and haven’t heard anything back. Some type of discount would be greatly appreciated. You would think spending close to $400 would be more appreciated by U-haul. The first rental experience was good, the second was very stressful in an already delicate situation.
