How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented this truck from baraboo. Friendly but reserved me a smaller truck when he knew I needed the big one. Then I had to get it in a different town. Still at the end didn’t have the big one. I then had to drive many unnecessary miles as I wanted baraboo for the location. Due to way shorter to the pickup area. Then was quoted .49 cents a mile and they gave .99 cents. Cost me way more money based on lies. Then rented for 24 hrs and they wanted it returned by 3 When I only had it 5 hrs. The one worker told me if it was not returned by 3 I’d get a late fee or he would need to extend. I rent for 24 hrs but normally have a truck 6 hrs. No discounts ever so double dipping and charging full price and able to rent the same truck for my full pay. So forcing us to have to stress out and hurry. I’ll give a good mark but I did try to call this location and clear this up because now we need yet another truck due to uhauls screw up. And no one respected me and called me back. I’m demanding a full refund or a free truck because of all this bs we went through. I ended up with a 12 midnight day due to these guys and had to dive an hr out of the way to return due to this location was not the one I went to get the truck
Anthony GProcess very smooth and customer service wes excellent. If you need a hand cart, double check availability even though on reservatioin. The rep that helped me was excellent and moved the truck around as needed and did a very thoural walk through of the vehicle.
