The truck was in disarray when I picked it up. The dolly was not attached to the wall and blankets were in a pile and covered in tape. Only when I returned the truck and folded the blankets did I realize there were only nine, not 12, as I had expected. The check in process was completed by phone with an agent because the app would not load my photos.

Glenda WThe person who was working was clearly unfamiliar with the U-Haul pickup process. I waited nearly 30 minutes for the attendant to complete the process. The attendant had to call someone just to get access to the tablet they were using. In the process the attendant switched our reservation that affected the return process.
Brian OCannot understand contact person. Was charged for coverage I did not want. Truck was filthy - windows needed washing, dust was everywhere!
