Parking lot where trucks are parked was muddy due to been park on the grass.

TERRI MThe office needs better signage. He's operating out of the mechanical center for the car wash, and there is nothing showing that there is an office. The van had a check engine light on that we were not informed of. We were warned of the tire pressure light, and told U-Haul won't come fix it. Unsure of the validity of that statement, however, the van does need work. Equipment was clean. Parking area was just mud.
