The person should had know better the policies of pick up and return process. I wasnt aware of the mobile return steps, but the manager told me just drop the keys in the return box.Overall U-haul is a great company!

It's a drop off location at a garage. The guy was very nice, but definitely being a small garage was a bit different experience.

My son picked up tow dolly for me and experience was totally inappropriate, with the owner who was rude, foul mouthed, complaining about personal issues and less than helpful. So much so that my son hooked up dolly and went to a gas station under awning (it was storming/pouring rain and "agent" expected my son to stand out in that storm to hookup dolly himself) to complete and check hookup because your "agent"was so oppressively rude, crude and obnoxious. Shame on UHAUL for allowing the horrible experience as it reflected VERY poorly on UHAUL. In addition, I was charged an additional $30.00 for some kind of "safe tow" which I was neither told about nor certainly did not approve..... I am owed that $30.00, and expect that FULL refund to display on my credit card statement immediately. Further, I would expect UHAUL to adequately screen their agents/dealers in the future.
If your looking to rent equipment from this place, you will not only get great service, but he has some collectibles that might interest a customer as well.

They had the mileage wrong on the truck and we got charged for when we dropped off
First off I requested my pick-up time to be 7 AM. No one was there when I arrived. I never received confirmation with the code to access the vehicle. The guy was not in the specified location until 10:22 AM. You charged me for two days of the truck when I only had it for one. I would NEVER, EVER recommend anybody to use your vehicles. Worst experience ever!

The front store at the address was closed and locked. I drove away to go find another drop off. As I was driving I saw another business with the same name as the address I was previously given. I went in to inquire and a woman sitting on a sofa told me he would be back in a little while. After a short while the lady said I guess I will call him for you. She chatted with him on the phone hung up and then told me to go to over back to the business address But go to the back of the business as there is a Mechanics shop back there. It's on a different road. Then the man came out and told me to pull around to the front of the business and he would unhitch the trailer. He was friendly and completed the task.
The Uhaul Website directed me to two locations to finding a 26 ft truck. I was able to make reservations on trucks that were not available. Very confusing and difficult. After we found a truck everything was great!
Hard to get in and out of. Owner was rude at first, than seemed ok. For us, it would be easier to drive 10 mins to another location
The attendant hooked up the trailer to my truck. He did not tighten the hand-wheel on the hitch. When I drove my car onto the trailer, the front of the trailer raised up and banged into the back of my truck, damaging my tail-gate, bumper cover and rearview camera. Before hooking up the attendant removed the hitch-ball because I had the wrong size and put the right size on. He left my stabilizer bar hitch/plate on the bumper and it was lost. I had purchased the "SafeTow" insurance and have filed a claim with them. The claim # is 00897288-2017.
Their internet issues delayed the check-in process, but they were a nice customer service oriented business. One blanket stunk up the truck and the appliance dolly had a small crack in the plastic protective covering.
I prepaid in order to expedite the pickup process. The gentlemen could not get the computer to go through and after about 30 minutes of trying he finally called someone over phone who processed the pickup and emailed me my receipt. When I got the email the drop off location was NOT what was agreed upon at the pickup location and I COULD NOT change it and had to go far out of my way to deliver the trailer to the drop-off location. Furthermore, unless I had showed the pickup location on my IPHONE my credit card statement showing that I had already paid they would not have let me take the trailer without paying AGAIN for it because they had NEVER HEARD of anybody paying in advance. I wasted about 45 minutes of my time there when I specifically did everything on line up front to avoid being delayed. Very unpleasant pickup experience. The equipment did great however.
I had to go to a different store to pick up the trailer because my reservation was wrong. The trailer was missing straps. I had to buy my own. The tires were bare. I blew one enroute to my location.
Had a tire blowout putting a spare on these car hauler's would be very helpful. Have a locked tire so customers could access if needed when renting
