The U-Haul representative was very very rude. He placed the customer order in his name . I did not realize that until I returned the truck.

I paid for a dolly and furniture pads, but neither of them were in the truck. I had to buy a dolly to move my things. I also had issues with the check in process, which delayed my pickup time by 2 hours. I spoke with an agent and she refunded me for the dolly rental and said she would move my pick up time by 2 hours. When I returned the truck the following morning, that location tried to charge me $40 for being 1 hour late. They said that my time didn't change and that my account was not updated. Very frustrating experience overall.
