Everything worked well, the site was delayed and I had to return to take pics of the truck, other than that all was smooth.

BARBARA BWaited for 15 minutes for someone to appear to help us get the van even though we had a reservation. I rang the bell, called the place then called U-Haul before she showed up. Then when we got the van the inside was absolutely filthy and it smelled.
