I was charged an extra mileage charge of $13. I drove the desinated route and was charged for extra mileage.

Gerald G.They charged me an additional $58.00 over my rental fee for the 55 miles over their approved mileage which was from the pickup location to the drop off location. Those miles were from there locations to my old address for pickup and then to my new location for my drop off then driving to there drop off location. This is unacceptable. I will never use U-Haul again
