No personal. Talk to a Roger’s employee who was condescending. Tried the mobile drop off and took almost an hour to connect and complete the process. Before that I tried calling the u haul number and was on hold for a long time. Asked for a call back and the recording stated 26 mins wait time. Asked for a call back and they did call back BUT it was 3 hours later. U-Haul needs to overhaul their website and customer service. It is frustrating and a total disappointment.

Uhaul should have given me more miles. I drove from flat Rock pick-up location. Use a short cut to minimize mileage and still over after dropping off at their location.
