I only visited the parking lot, I didn't need to go into the office but someone from the office came out to meet me.

This was the drop off location and they were closed when we arrived so there was no interaction. The parking lot area looked super sketchy though and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

GERALD VU haul need to get your act together. I booked a 15’ truck locally only to get a call in the evening before to tell me that the only truck they could give me was a 26’truck and I had to drive 2hours to pick it up. This is the second time I have had this happen. It’s totally unacceptable. The extra cost of gas alone was over $100
