The person couldn't answer any questions, she just started. She had to call someone in to look at the van. The guy said you leave the same amount of gas when you get it. It was so close to being empty when I picked it up. Van worked great and clean

Patrick MOvercharged me because they thought Westphal was in the valley, as a wheelchair user I couldnt go inside and have the conversation myself. They overcharged on miles and charged us for gas when we actually put more gas in than we used. I called the main company and had it confirmed that we were way overcharged and now its gunna take a while for them to figure out how these people effed up
