The equipment was a little dirty, had to wait for them to return from break to pick up equipment. Staff were very friendly. No parking for own vehicles at this location, would have been nice to have known prior to coming.
Robin DThey changed the pickup location and never contacted me. I had to rebook on the spot to a much bigger van. Very disappointed in the service.

Praveen RI know there are apartments next door but it was pretty dark when I returned the vehicle. Nothing that made me feel unsafe but I could see how it may be an issue for others. Everything else was excellent, though!
