I placed another complaint when I dropped off the truck. The windshield was filthy as were the mirrors. The passenger side mirror was missing a screw and needed to be taped on before driving

I would definitely rent from them again. It was very easy and convenient!
Frances WThe location was missing moving pads and Uhaul service was unhelpful. These are the simplistic items and it’s hard to understand why they didn’t have any. I had to spend an hour running around trying to find a replacement on my own on the day of a stressful move with a ton of other moving parts. Uhaul should have notified me a day before so I wouldn’t have been surprised. Overall moving pads are a very simple thing but they are critical to a move.
