The only issue I’d like to see addressed is the equipment availability. I think uhaul is an awesome tool especially last minute moving!! The only downside is saying equipment is available without knowing the true inventory. I needed a 15$ trailer and ended up with a 67$ van, 15$ in gas and 30$ to get a ramp for unloading. Great customer service otherwise! Thank you

The gentleman at this location were very polite and well spoken. I appreciate being talked to like I'm a human being rather than an idiot. They were very accommodating to the late return of the truck due to my husband breaking his foot.

My day should have been easy pick up the truck, pick up my furniture, unload the furniture bring the truck back maybe 80 miles tops. However due to the truck not properly maintained I went over a extra 120 miles. The truck was clean however the cigarette lighter does not work. In result I was unable to maintain my phone charge which I desperately need in my line of business. I had a back up battery pack which lasted a little while. However in result I drove around almost a hour aimlessly and continuously stopping for help to find the location to return the truck. After I was unsuccessful winging it with no directions because im not from this area of town i drove at least 30 miles home to gain access for diections to the property to return the truck and after I had adequate directions drove over 30 miles back to drop it off. In the end result of not having that cigarette outlet costed me a unnecessary extra $50 to drive home and back and another $50 driving around town to find the location. Please be advised it would be a good idea to add a map of location either in the truck or in the paperwork and also have the outlet fixedm. I would not someone else out a $100 of unnecessary frustration and travelling.

The location is not the problem. The problem is the poor customer service and price inflation that UHaul charged my credit after the rental. I had the truck for four days and was charged for a week. The false advertising of $19.99 per day does not include the inflated mileage and rate charged if you keep the the van for more than one day. I have rented before and was. It changed like this rental. I will not rent from UHaul again.

The gentleman here was super friendly and knowledgeable he was down to earth and put the customer first which is why I gave 5 stars. I am disappointed however in my o line experience, I confirmed a reservation 10 miles away from where my confirmation text sent me. The women on the phone said it was because no one was open on Sunday, that’s fine but don’t allow me to confirm at a location closed on Sunday? This extra mileage cost me an extra $10 I was not prepared to pay. I would explore my options next time instead of relying on a brand I know

I paid for a truck that you all didn't have available at pick-up. What would have taken one job....took me 3 trips, due to having the smallest truck. Customer service was poor. No apology for the inconvenience either.

It took way too long to return & pick up the truck due to a "new" system that U-Haul put in. My truck showed I had it since 1900 or over 42,000 days.

i was given good service and a detailed quote but when u-haul got in the mix it went way up, more than doubled and makes no sense. 29.95 per day for 3 days and .79 per mile for 400 miles does not come out to almost 700.00 dollars. i would recommend compass to friends but maybe not u-haul.

Did not have the truck I reserved, did not call beforehand to let me know. They took some $$ off and added miles to our trip and were friendly guys, but did not have equipment I needed. We were on a time schedule for the day and wasted time sitting around at the shop.
