Mobile app pickup was a joke. Took 2 hours and 15 mins for me to get the truck. Called the 800 number only to be transferred to six different people that could not help with the app problems I was having. They type in my email wrong which caused all sorts of issues. Horrible experience and wasted a lot of time

There was no limo service at this area. It took a long time to go through everything with the operator. Very confusing. The first person I talked to was very rude. Will not rent this way again. Nobody told me it was a do it yourself check out.
