William E.Get a new moving crew, the one i had booked through U haul never showed up and after I had finished loading the truck, which i had paid for, and then called me on the way to my second location to move everything in, which i had also paid for, and had the audacity to say he could still help while he was still in the area of my first location 2 hours after they were supposed to be there originally. I have wasted so much money on u haul just to not get the service. Better get a refund!!
