I was charged for 3 days because I was 1.5h late and no one told me that would happen. I would have picked it up later had I known. Customer service did not tell me when I called. VERY dissatisfied.

Some concern over way check in handled. Did not show up on return for more then 24 hours. This makes me think I could have been charged extra when I was on time.

My rental truck stalled and the battery was dead. I sat in the cold and dark waiting for Roadside Assistance. The truck was just started and I was very uncomfortable and felt that it could happen again. I was extended from Friday, 11-16 @2:30a to 11-18 @ 2:30a. I informed the on-call person by phone that I would return the truck to uhaul for service and then complete my project. I received an email of the extension and without shutting off, I returned the truck. I was never advised not to return the truck. I used 24 miles and I could not stop to top off gas with an engine running. When I checked to pick up my vehicle I learned that the contract had been closed and gas was included for reimbursement. I called and was passed to many employees. My call was forwarded to the manager at the Coluseum for fee adjustment and a new contract to complete my project that would be at no additional cost to me. The manager, Christy, answered and said "I will call you right back". This return call expected on Fruday, has not been received at 1:22 a.m. Sunday and I need a truck.

I hate uhaul and the way uhaul treated me for returning its rental truck late. I will never rent truck and storage ever again. And, I will never recommend my friends and family to uhaul. I rented a truck for 1 day, day 1, and when I could not return it the next day, day 2, I called uhaul and uhaul extended/rented it to me again for another day and my credit card was charged for day 2; and, when I could not return it the next day, day 3, I called uhaul and had the rental extended for another day and my credit eas charged for another rental day because I could not move my beds and sofa to new house while it was raining outside. When I could not return the truck on day 4, I receiced a call from uhual stating that my rental truck had been extremely overdue and that she had reported it as BEING STOLEN. How could my rental truck be extremely overdue while I had it extended each day and paid each rental day. I called uhual right away to have it extended again for another day, day 5, and paid for it for day 5. I called uhaul again on day 5 to have and paid for it for day 6. I have been moving my things from my old house to my new house by myself and it had been raining for 2 days, so I needed to have the rental truck longer than usual and I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars for it. On day 7, when I did not return my rental truck on time, uhaul called my emergency contact and told my family that my rental truck was extremely over due and that she had reported it BEING STOLEN again. Again, how had I been extremely over due when I had been charged on my credit card every time I had uhaul extended it for another day. I finally managed to move everyhing into my house and returned my rentals to uhaul and I will never rent anything from uhaul ever again. I was planning to rent an 8X8X8 storage with climate control at uhaul for $110 per month for at least 6 months to store my 2 king and queen mattresses and my large sofa when I could not move them into my apartment before I was being reported by uhaul for my rental truck BEING STOLEN. After going through all these nonsense with uhaul, I don’t ever want uhaul to get a single penny from me. Imagine that if I was not that lucky that while my rental truck was reported as BEING STOLEN, I get pulled over by police and arrested me for stealing a uhaul truck, even when I was paying for my rental. I paid almost $700 for the rentals (truck, dolly, insurance) for 8 days and I was willing to pay that much money, and I was willing to spend even more money on uhaul by renting a storage for at least 6 months for $110 per month. I guess uhaul is not in business to make money since it treated me badly this way.

The process was quick and easy. The staff was polite and had everything ready when I arrived. The only problem was the afyer hours drop of. It was super inconvenient! My phone was dead so luckily I had someone with me. I created an account like I was promted to do but the truck return tab wasn't there. I called customer service which was quick and easy. The lady from customer service said sometimes it works and sometimes it won't. The old return system was way better than the online return.

I made an appointment to pick up a 26' truck 3 weeks in advance and when I get there to pick it up the truck was not there and they gave me a old for sale truck that ran poorly.not happy.great service.but poorly organized.

Overall the van was very clean. However, inside of the windshield really needed cleaning. Driving into the morning sun was challenging due to the streaking and glare.

The mom's attic had a leak in it and my dj equipment (inside of the covers their already in) got completely wet! There had to of been a massive amount of water to soak through those covers. Drove from Virginia to Florida. Not happy at all!

The location was fine with desent customer service. However, the electronic fast pick up option was MORE that lengthy and inane! we needed to walk down and around a whole storage facility to see the truck and answer a bunch of questions and then walk all the way back to the office to stand in line to get the keys. I would have rather stood in the line and filled out hard copy paper work that walk back and forth (with kids). Will never use again!
