The vehicle was parked in an area of ice and was very difficult to remove from it's parking spot. Agent dis assist with salt and shovel but some system of keeping the parking spots clear would be a good idea.

Equipment was in good working order. But it was a little dirty and the fuel was a little off. Fortunately your app allowed me to take pictures of such deficiencies as to not be penalized when the equipment was returned in the same order it was in when it left. Although I did sweep it and cleaned it. Thank you.
