I had issues with pick-up and drop off.... My sister went to pick up the 26' truck... their response, "its already booked for someone" Sister, "yeah, my Brother!, here's the booking number, his credit card..." Blah blah.... she drove to another location. It happened to be behind 'said 26' truck.... and picked it up.... at the other location, using the exact same info... sooooo... fail... PS I'm disabled. I don't speak on the phone and they were just trying to help. (I say "They" because I had issues on the way up in Apr/May move from Stouffville)
Paolo FWhen I rented the U-Haul it was dirty. There was an old king size mattress and some boxes that were left inside the back of the U-Haul. I tried to call the depot with no answer, there phone line was down. I had to call the Val Caron depot and spoke with another U-Haul depot. That person was not helpful. I finished using the truck and brought it back to depot. That staff there were not helpful. All they wanted is the money. I will probably not rent a U-Haul from them again as I found that no one really cared about my situation. No discount was offered or mentioned. Thanks

Andrew JThe whole computer system was extremely slow, not the locations issue but made my experience extremely annoying as I was pressed for time. Took over Half Hour just to complete transaction. Absolutely unacceptable. System needs to be upgraded to have a better experience.
