This location was at a convenience store. I dropped the rental key with the clerk, who barely acknowledged me. She could not answer basic questions about the drop-off. The gas pump (to refill) the rental was not working well. I brought the fuel level back to pre-rental level, but then I was charged an additional $11, I assume was fuel. I’ve rented from U-Haul before. I’ll likely look for an alternative in the future.
