Interior was not vacuumed, TPMS light was on and trash was left in the back. The check in process took too long and the app wouldn’t download the pictures I took of the pre trip inspection so I had to take my own pictures. All in all these are minor complaints and I would use this location again %100.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery convenient location. Drop off was seamless. Great experience
CHad SWe have rented a uhaul 4 times in the last month. Every time we had to go to a different location or given a different size truck than what we needed. Not impressed.
JOSHUA TThe app is not functional. I had to go through the return process three times, and each time the app failed. I tried calling customer service but could not reach a representative within a reasonable amount of time. I tried opening a live chat and nobody helped me. Finally, I had to log into my account on a friend‘s phone and go through the return process there. The process was also lagging on his phone and took multiple attempts.
Jax SI did not drop off the truck here
