The truck was in terrible shape, not well maintained. The alignment on the truck was off and felt unsafe. At times the truck felt like it was struggling to start.

need to have someone to assist with hookup of the trailers to a vehicle to assure all is tight, hook up is correct and should be done by a Uhaul employee for safety on the road
