The GMC van was dangerous for a large Man with size13 shoes .the pedal lay out made it difficult to push one at a time and was Very uncomfortable. After the white knuckle drive I was trying to The van before 6:00 pm had to wait and push the gate button Several times before the gate opens then after parking The van the office was closed. I'm ♿️ and was trapped inside The facility having no place to wait comfortably for 20 minutes or Longer on the phone before finally the gate opened. This was uncomfortable through out the experience.

Jodi JThey gave us the wrong truck. I received a text from a staff member stating that I needed to return the dolly and pads or face a large fine. Later, it was discovered that the dolly and pads were actually in the wrong truck. There was no apology, and the staff member initially blamed a coworker via text. However, the staff at the counter were very courteous. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was inappropriate to threaten me with a large fine without first investigating. I was initially told it was 33 miles, but it was later recorded as 34 miles—a difference of only $1.39. My thought was, "All right, I guess $1.39 more made this person happier."
