The truck was reserved and it worked fine. However, when returning it, I became locked in the uHaul premises because the vehicle gate closed behind me and the pedestrian gate was padlocked. I had to shout down a random pedestrian and tell them the code to open the vehicle gate to let me out. Unacceptable to say the least.
