Stuff was super friendly and helpful this is my first time renting a U-Haul and they were extremely informative and did not charge me lots of extra prices I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again

I'll file a claim, at least partial credit cause it started to rain and the trailer allowed water in. It was from the front and right next to the door. One of the seals was leaking water. That run the wood top of my desk which I will have to replace and the bottom of some boxes were wet eventhough the electronics were fine. Honestly, I dont see myself renting a uhaul again if this is the case.
LUIS RThe app would not work to upload pictures of when I tried to upload pics when picking it up in Texas. It only uploaded two of the pictures I took. The app needs work. It constantly does not work.

EDUARDO SThe truck was in terrible shape, not well maintained. The alignment on the truck was off and felt unsafe. At times the truck felt like it was struggling to start.
