Wouldn't let us in the building. Met us in the parking lot. Didn't go over anything with us. Then just charged me for cleaning the truck which we already cleaned. I also had wardrobe boxes in the back that I was told I would get some money back on when I purchased them from UHaul. Didn't get a cent back.
Kimberly TThe truck was reserved and it worked fine. However, when returning it, I became locked in the uHaul premises because the vehicle gate closed behind me and the pedestrian gate was padlocked. I had to shout down a random pedestrian and tell them the code to open the vehicle gate to let me out. Unacceptable to say the least.
