Karen MThe trailer had a hole in the ceiling of the trailer and I was told that there was a Fix-It ticket put in but it had not been fixed. They had forgotten that the hole was there unfortunately a third of my stuff was soaking wet by the time I made it to my destination.
sherry bI can’t think of anything to improve, staff is amazing and helpful and the vehicles I have needed to rent for my recent move were perfect for the job. I will use this location on the future when needed and make sure to refer friends and family here if they need to rent equipment. Wonderful service!!!
