Well when the customer already have a reservation like I did and you call me to change the date and location because of a mistake by you so I had to do more km to get the truck and I had to pay more for the km and change all my plans. The U-Haul company should have not made me paid the extra mileage for a mistake that you did, 48 km back and forth more that I had to do and pay more and I repeat for a mistake that you did not me. This is disrespectful towards the client. The first booking location was in Alfred Ontario and the lady sent me a email that everything was reserved and good to go. Then about 4 days later I received a call from headquarters to change my reservation due to a mistake that the lady in Alfred did and the person on the phone didn’t give a shit that I had to do more km to get to the new location and also I had to change the date too, very rude. I repeat not my mistake but the company mistake.

STEPHEN SWhen I vérifie on the internet my fist Price was 198.00 , one week later when I came to réserve the Price was double I call to see why and was told Price are much higher in June moving season ok I understand , but I tried to get extra millage it would not let me do it that not right and good , and when I return the truck 15 hours before the schedule Time I ask if I could get a discount or wave the extra millage it would, she told she could not , so that very disapointing to me , not sure if you could do something to me , thank you

eric lThe person we booked with originally made an error with our reservation time line. We had to settle for a shorter period of time for our move. We had to reschedule our movers and work late at night. However, I need to stress that the lady in charge worked hard to correct her employee’s error and made sure we at least had a truck for a long enough period to get the work done.
