The person we booked with originally made an error with our reservation time line. We had to settle for a shorter period of time for our move. We had to reschedule our movers and work late at night. However, I need to stress that the lady in charge worked hard to correct her employee’s error and made sure we at least had a truck for a long enough period to get the work done.

Empty gas tank, dirt and drywall debris all over the cab and inside box of truck
Christopher BWhen equipment is returned , it should be checked out for defaults and repairs made accordingly. This auto carrier had previous damaged which affected a marker light being broken plus there were other light not working. All the tires were low on air pressure. Every thing that U-Haul feels we as customers need to do , if not followed to their standards or rules we are charged for. Why should we have to make sure certain things are up to safety concerns when pulling of your equipment such as tire pressures and lights that the supplier wouldn't even fix. Looks to me like your equipment should be pulled through DOT for inspections.
