Truck leaked oil all over my driveway, truck was shaking like crazy above 60km/h and at a 100 it was unsafe

Randal BWell when the customer already have a reservation like I did and you call me to change the date and location because of a mistake by you so I had to do more km to get the truck and I had to pay more for the km and change all my plans. The U-Haul company should have not made me paid the extra mileage for a mistake that you did, 48 km back and forth more that I had to do and pay more and I repeat for a mistake that you did not me. This is disrespectful towards the client. The first booking location was in Alfred Ontario and the lady sent me a email that everything was reserved and good to go. Then about 4 days later I received a call from headquarters to change my reservation due to a mistake that the lady in Alfred did and the person on the phone didn’t give a shit that I had to do more km to get to the new location and also I had to change the date too, very rude. I repeat not my mistake but the company mistake.
