It is the second time I drop off the truck and equipment there. They are very accommodating and I will have to use it again and I’m glad this where I will go next time

YVON CWhile the inside of the equipment was relatively clean, the outside was very dirty and the snow/ice had not been cleaned off for us. We had to lift the big trailer from the ground and onto the hitch of our truck ourselves. There was no jack. It was ridiculous and extremely heavy, we got sore backs from lifting it. The worker eventually came around with a crowbar or something then when he saw how cold and heavy it was, he just left. The equipment itself worked fine for our purposes, but all in all it was a subpar experience.
Frans RDisplay the rental rate for the customer's inquiry. Equipment should be check to ascertain that there is no defects afterbit was returned. I want to thanks the employee that served me on the day of my rental. She was helpful to accommodate me.
