I returned the truck next day but uhual said I did not returned the truck next day and it took them more than 1 month to resolve it. Very poor coordination and communication.

The truck I rented was horrible. It had graffiti on it, I had to walk through weeds to get to it. The truck was dirty and smelled horrible. The head liner is falling apart, it had seat covers because the seats were torn. It was the WORST U-Haul I have ever rented.
