Even though the system was down on location, the customer service rep who lives on site was still very proficient at getting my truck assigned and entered through her phone. She was very helpful and informational about what I had to do for a rental.

I will say the lady that was working is very friendly and would recommend this location to anyone to rent to a U-Haul my only complaint is that the truck did not start at a full tank so it is extremely hard to put in the exact amount of fuel you start with. I ended up putting way more fuel than I started with so I didn’t get charged for it and almost filled the tank because of that. Other than great experience renting from this location.

JONI SI drove your U-Haul a total of 41 miles. Returned it early. Put 3 gallons of gas in it right before I returned it. I noticed you all charged me for 6 more gallons of gas. Really? That is ridiculous. Will not be renting from this location again.
