Rabon H.The inside of the truck had many water leaks and my stuff got wet. Truck was not water tight.
Jason C.Everything went well. Pick up was smooth and quick. Drop off was even faster. We wished we could have gotten a bigger truck, but we booked through an outside agency so that wasn't the employees fault. We told the person on the phone we needed to move a 2 bedroom apt and were hoping to only need one trip, but turned out we had to fill several cars as well as the uhaul. That was the only downfall. Also, I'm pretty sure we were charged for an appliance dolly and we only received a basic one. It wasn't worth complaining over a few bucks though. Overall the experience was good and the location was super close to my house which was really convenient.
