The location was fine.. I was given the wrong truck, wrong trailer.. forced to purchase my own straps for the trailer, my pick up time was changed and my drop off time was cut short.. I had to throw away items that I could not fit in my pick up truck because after 2 rides from great falls Montana to Helena Montana we could not keep losing time and money. This is because I was supposed to get a 20 foot truck and was changed to 15! Foot without my knowledge . All in all this was the most horrible experience with U-Haul to date. I will be finding a different way in the future plus, we were told we could not get our rental contract because his computer was slow

BARBARA BWhen customer specifies drop-off location DO NOT change it. I specified Trout Creek as mine and they were unaware of it. The drop -off location people looked in the records and found that it had been changed (by U-hual) to Libby, Mt. That was a round-trip differenc of 112 miles. C H
